Our Terms and Conditions are easy:

We have 2 different rental plans:

(1) Short Term

You sign up for any available dim on "Dim Rental". The time until the next first of the month is free and for the next month you pay today an amount of 290 Rays.

You don't need to send any notices if you want to terminate the contract but you are still able to keep your dim as long as you want and as long as you pay for it.

You don't have to send a cancelation notice or notify us.

You can sign up fast, take advantage of our special offer (you don't have to pay for the time to the next month) but can vacate the premises without any big problems.

If you sign up in the first week of a month you pay for one month, but stay almost 2. This way the cost of a dim is appr. 140 Rays per month (based on the first 2 months).

After that the normal rent is payable with 290 Rays per month as long as you want to keep it.

If we do not receive your new payment until the 1st day of the next month we will delete your name from our list of tenants and the dim will be again available.

For clarification purposes:

The 1st day of the month starts at the 1st on 00:01 am Utherverse-Time (PST)

(2) Long Term

You pay not for one month but for 3 months (quarterly) in advance. Because you pay in advance we give you an additional huge discount:

Instead of 290 Rays you pay just 240 Rays (a total of 720 Rays).

If you take advantage of our special offer you pay a monthly average rent of 180 Rays and have the freedom and safety of having a long-term home.

If you want to continue with your rental agreement after 3 months you don't have to do anything. You send another 720 Rays of 290 Rays.

If you pay 720 Rays you extend for another 3 months. If you send 290 Rays you extend for another month.

We would like to clarify as follows:

A dim in one of our buildings is something different to a Zaby. A Zaby can cost much less (Basic Zaby) or much more (Country House Zaby with a weekly rental of 125 Rays, -equivalent to 550 Rays per month) than a dim in here.

A Zaby has its advantages.

If you want to share just intimate moments with a partner (or two) a Zaby is just fine.

For meetings of smaller families with not more than 10 members a Zabys might be sufficient as well.

For everything else a Zaby can be a pretty lonely place.

If you want to arrange parties and know there will be more than 30 people around a Zaby will not be sufficient.

A Zaby was a logical and clever step from RLC to make the virtual world more "real". Like in RL you will spend time in your Zaby... -but if you want to have fun you will go and look for more fun outside....
